Nevigen Audit — Customer Analytics for JoomShopping 5+

The standard Nevigen Audit can be extended with additional customer analytics covering purchases, activity, registrations, user groups, and the contribution of individual customers to total order value.

Nevigen Audit — Customer Analytics for JoomShopping 5+ is an add-on for Nevigen Audit — Management, Audit & Analytics for JoomShopping 5+ , adding a dedicated set of tools for analyzing the customer base of your online store.

This add-on works only with Nevigen Audit. It is not a standalone component and extends the main Nevigen Audit with customer analytics for JoomShopping.

Pareto analysis: who generates the most revenue

One of the key reports included in the add-on is Pareto analysis based on the 80/20 principle.

It helps evaluate which part of the customer base generates the largest share of store revenue and shows how customer value is distributed.

Most valuable customers

Identify the group of buyers responsible for the largest share of total order value.

Customer base distribution

Compare the contribution of different customer segments to the store's overall results.

User group analytics by order value

If your JoomShopping store uses multiple customer groups, it is useful to understand not only how many users belong to each group, but also how much each group contributes to sales.

The add-on lets you compare customer groups by total order value and see which segments generate the highest revenue.

This analysis is especially useful for stores using separate groups for returning customers, wholesale buyers, or different loyalty program levels.

Activity of logged-in customers

A registered customer may not have placed an order recently but may still continue visiting the store.

The activity chart helps evaluate visits from users who have an account and log in to the website.

This gives you another perspective on the customer base — not only through purchases, but also through returning customer activity.

Activated and non-activated accounts

The add-on shows the ratio of activated to non-activated users.

This helps evaluate what portion of the registered customer base actually has active accounts and what portion remains at the incomplete or unconfirmed registration stage.

Activated

Users with active store accounts.

Not activated

A separate part of the database that should be considered when evaluating the actual customer base.

Blocked users

A separate chart shows the ratio of blocked to non-blocked users.

This makes it easy to assess the state of the customer base and see what portion of accounts currently have restricted access.

New customer registration trends

The registration chart shows the number of new users by day.

This lets you see not only the total number of accounts, but also how the growth rate of the customer base changes over time.

For example, you can compare registration activity across different periods and notice days with sharp increases or decreases in new user registrations.

Customers with orders and users without purchases

Not every registered user becomes a buyer.

The add-on shows the ratio between customers who have already placed orders and users who registered but have not yet made a purchase.

Customers with orders

Actual buyers who have already placed orders in the store.

Registered but not purchased

A separate customer segment that has not yet converted into buyers.

Top 7 customers by order value

A dedicated report shows the 7 largest customers by the total value of their orders.

This makes it easy to identify buyers with the highest financial value for the store.

This information can be useful when working with returning customers, personalized offers, and loyalty programs.

Filter customers with orders

The add-on adds the ability to filter the user list and display customers who have already placed orders.

This lets you move quickly from general statistics to a specific group of real buyers.

From user count to a clearer customer picture

A standard user list can show how many accounts are registered, but that alone is not enough to evaluate the customer base of an online store.

Customer analytics helps divide the database into meaningful segments:

  • customers who have already purchased;
  • users who have not placed any orders yet;
  • customers generating the most revenue;
  • the most valuable customer groups;
  • users who continue logging in and visiting the store;
  • activated and blocked accounts;
  • changes in new customer registrations over time.

Extends Nevigen Audit

The add-on is installed and used together with the main Nevigen Audit — Management, Audit & Analytics for JoomShopping 5+ .

The main Nevigen Audit provides store management, auditing, and analytics tools, while this add-on adds a dedicated analytics section focused specifically on customers and their behavior.

Nevigen Audit

The core system for JoomShopping store management, auditing, and analytics.

Customer Analytics

Adds dedicated reports and charts for analyzing the customer base, orders, activity, and customer value.

Important: this add-on does not work without the main Nevigen Audit installed.

Useful for loyalty program analysis

When you can see which customers and groups generate the largest share of sales, it becomes easier to evaluate retention strategies and plan further customer communication.

To build a bonus program in JoomShopping, you can use JSBON — Bonus System for JoomShopping 5+ .

Customer Analytics and the bonus system solve different tasks: the analytics add-on shows the structure and value of the customer base, while the bonus system provides the mechanics for earning and spending bonuses.

A practical workflow: analyze the customer base → identify the most valuable segments → use the results when planning retention and repeat-purchase mechanics.
