Ukrposhta Shipping for JoomShopping 5+ integrates shipping calculation and shipment preparation into your store through Ukrposhta’s API. It handles delivery address data, shipping methods, shipping documents and parcel labels.
Shipping arranged directly in the store. Rates are requested through Ukrposhta’s API, and delivery information is saved with the order.

Automatic rate calculation by postal code
The module requests the shipping cost after the customer enters a postal code. The calculation uses the shipment parameters and rates returned by Ukrposhta’s API, rather than a manually maintained fixed tariff.
The postal code can be entered directly in the selected shipping method. A separate postal code field in the main customer address form is therefore not required for this workflow.
Address data for courier delivery
After the postal code is entered, the module can retrieve the associated streets. Selecting a street provides the relevant house address data. Information entered in the shipping method is automatically transferred to the order’s delivery address fields.
Three shipping methods created automatically
The extension creates three separate shipping methods for the supported Ukrposhta scenarios. Configure their country, payment methods and other usage settings in JoomShopping.
Shipping documents and parcel labels
Managers can create Ukrposhta shipping documents and view them in the JoomShopping order list. Parcel labels use the shipment information; current versions also include the store order number in the label description to help identify parcels during packing.
Cash on delivery
The extension supports cash on delivery for orders paid when the parcel is received, as well as shipping for prepaid orders.
Required product information
Fill in product weight and dimensions in JoomShopping before using automatic rate calculation. The API needs this information to calculate delivery correctly.
Domestic shipments within Ukraine. Select Ukraine in the shipping methods. International shipments use a different calculation workflow and are outside this domestic rate calculation.
Integration with OneStepCheckout 5
The extension integrates with OneStepCheckout 5 for JoomShopping 5+, combining Ukrposhta selection, delivery address fields and cost calculation in the one-page checkout flow.
API access and initial setup
Ukrposhta API access tokens are required. Obtain access through your Ukrposhta contact and enter the tokens and other integration parameters in the add-on settings. Configure the relevant shipping methods for rate calculation through Ukrposhta.
