Automatic Thank-You Coupons for Customers

Increase customer loyalty with a simple yet powerful tool — a pleasant surprise or discount coupon for each purchase.

Every customer becomes more loyal when they receive a pleasant surprise with their order — a keychain, a postcard, or a coupon for the next purchase. Small gestures leave positive emotions and make your store feel warm and memorable.

Sometimes it’s better not to tell everything in advance — let the client be pleasantly surprised. Once the order is complete, you can thank your customer with a discount coupon for the next purchase. Even better — let them share the coupon with friends, naturally expanding your customer base.

What the Plugin Does

The plugin automatically generates personalized coupons based on your predefined rules once an order is completed. The coupon is saved in the JoomShopping system and sent to the client by email — including the code, value, and expiration date.

Plugin Features:

  • Set the order status(es) at which a coupon is generated
  • Define prefix and postfix for the coupon code — useful for marketing campaign tracking
  • Configure coupon length (up to 32 characters)
  • Choose discount type — percentage or fixed amount
  • Create single-use or multi-use coupons
  • Set expiration period (in days from the current date)
  • Generate coupons — for all customers or personalized per client
  • Exclude specific customer groups *
  • Set a minimum order amount required to generate a coupon *
  • Generate coupons only for selected payment methods *
  • Generate coupons for specific products, categories, or manufacturers if "Extended Coupons" are installed *

After installation, the plugin automatically creates a coupon and saves it in the database as a standard JoomShopping coupon. The client receives an email containing the coupon code, discount amount, and expiration date.

Installation instructions:
After purchase, installation is carried out through the Nevigen.com installer, which you can download in your account and install on your website. After installing the installer, you will need to enter a license key, which you can also find in your account on our website. The license key will provide access to updates and support.
