TERMS OF DELIVERY

These Terms define the procedure for providing digital products purchased or obtained through Nevigen.com.

Digital products include software extensions, components, modules, plugins, templates, software files, licenses, and other materials provided electronically.

1. Method of Providing Digital Products

Nevigen.com digital products are provided electronically through the website and do not require physical delivery.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular product, digital products are not delivered on physical media, by postal services, courier services, or transportation companies.

2. User Account

A Nevigen.com user account may be required to receive purchased digital products.

The user account is used to access orders, download purchased products, obtain information about licenses, updates, and other services related to the purchase.

The user must provide a valid email address and other information necessary to process the order and provide the product.

3. Payment Confirmation

Processing a payment through a payment system does not by itself always mean that the digital product will be provided immediately.

Some time may pass between the actual processing of the payment and Nevigen.com receiving confirmation that the payment was successful.

After payment confirmation is received, the Nevigen.com information system changes the status of the corresponding order to “Paid”.

4. Time of Delivery of the Digital Product

A digital product is considered provided from the moment when the corresponding order in the Nevigen.com information system receives the status “Paid” and the user is technically enabled to download the purchased product from the website.

The user is not required to actually download the file for the digital product to be considered provided.

Providing a digital product means making the purchased product technically available to the user through Nevigen.com.

Information concerning changes to the order status, activation of download access, file downloads, and other actions related to the provision of the product may be recorded by Nevigen.com information systems.

5. Notification of Product Availability

Information about changes to the order status is sent to the user at the email address specified when placing the order or in the user's account.

If the user has independently enabled additional notification channels on Nevigen.com, messages may also be sent through available communication methods, including messaging services.

The method and availability of such notifications depend on the services enabled by the user and the settings of the user's account.

Failure by the user to actually read a notification does not change the time at which the product is considered provided, provided that download access was properly enabled in the user's account.

6. License Key

If use of the purchased software product requires a license key, activation code, or another technical identifier, it is provided in accordance with the terms applicable to the corresponding product.

A license key may be associated with a specific domain name provided by the user when placing the order.

The terms governing the use of the license and license key are defined by the License Agreement.

7. Access to Purchased Products

Access to a purchased digital product may be provided through the user's account on Nevigen.com.

The user is responsible for safeguarding the credentials and other information required to access their account.

The availability of repeated downloads may depend on the terms applicable to the particular product, the status of the user account, the license validity period, and the technical capabilities of the service.

8. Updates and Technical Support

Eligibility for updates and technical support is determined by the terms applicable to the particular product and the License Agreement.

The period during which updates and support are available may differ between software products and is specified on the product page, during the ordering process, or in the user's license information.

Provision of the initial version of a purchased product and provision of subsequent updates are separate actions.

9. Free Digital Products

Certain Nevigen.com digital products may be provided free of charge.

For a free product, the time of provision is determined by the moment when the user is given the ability to download the corresponding product from Nevigen.com.

Registration or user authentication may be required for certain free products.

The terms of use, support, and updates for free products may differ from those applicable to paid products and are specified on the relevant product page or in the License Agreement.

10. Incorrect or Incomplete User Information

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order.

In particular, the user should verify the accuracy of:

  • the email address;
  • the domain name, if the product is licensed for a specific domain;
  • the selected software product;
  • any other information required to process the order.

Nevigen.com is not responsible for delays or inability to provide certain functions caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the user.

The procedure for correcting an incorrectly specified domain name is governed by the License Agreement.

11. Technical Delays

In certain cases, provision of a digital product may be temporarily delayed for technical reasons, including delays in payment confirmation, temporary unavailability of the payment system, maintenance work, or failure of a third-party service.

If the payment was successfully processed but the order does not receive the “Paid” status within a reasonable period of time, or access to the product is not enabled, the user should contact Nevigen.com support.

12. Refunds

The procedure for cancelling an order, obtaining a refund, handling claims concerning non-delivery of a product, and claims regarding non-conformity is governed by the Refund Policy.

13. Related Documents

The provision and use of Nevigen.com digital products are also governed by the following documents:

14. Contact Information

If, after payment confirmation, the user has not received access to the purchased digital product or has questions related to the provision of the order, the user may contact Nevigen.com support.
